Run your club. Build its site.

Your club's website, workspace and plugins, in one place.

A site, a workspace, and plugins.

Every club gets all three. The whole board works in one place, and members only ever see the club site.

Click a word. Type. It's live when you say so.

The page sits on the left and one panel holds Insert, Pages and Brand. Changes autosave, and Undo works.

Everything the board touches, in one sidebar.

Home, Site, Calendar, Media, Inbox, Plugins, People & access and Settings. Click around.

The workspace sidebar. Each item opens its own pane; the activity log on Home comes with Clubs Plus.
Give the check-in volunteer the door, not the keys. Six roles, each with manage, view or none per area.

Roles that match the board

Owner, Admin, Officer, Editor, Check-in volunteer and Member. Plugins add their own areas to the grid. Invite people by email, and a club Admin doesn't need to be in the organization.

  • A short step-up code from the Portal before damaging changes: roles, removals, deletes, domains.
  • Names that read as slurs or profanity are refused.
  • Every table is protected by row-level security in the database.

Install what you need. Skip what you don't.

Each plugin adds to the site, the officer workspace and what members get, all at once.

Teach a semester. Track every member.

A course is made of weeks, each week of lessons, and each lesson of blocks. Lessons autosave, and you can import them.

Anatomy of a course: Course, Weeks, Lessons, then nine kinds of block.
  • ScheduleSession dates per week, or staff move, rename, retime and add sessions.
  • AssignmentsFile turn-in, up to 5 files at 25 MB each, then grading.

Questions

Do members need an account?

Site visitors don't. Members who take courses sign in to the club site with their email and a 4-digit PIN. That isn't a Virtuollis account.

Can we use our own domain?

Not yet. Custom domains are coming. Today your site is published at your club's address on the Clubs sites domain.

Who can edit the site?

Anyone whose role can manage the Site area. You set that per role in People & access.

Is it free?

The base plan is free: the site builder, the workspace, roles and four plugins. Clubs Plus adds the Learning Portal, its extensions and the activity log.

Can we move our old site?

Start from a template: Starter site, Just the basics, a full real club's site, or a template another club shared. Then edit on the page.

Can labs run on phones?

No. Azure Labs and the other lab engines need a desktop and are turned off on phones.

Where do payments happen?

On the Virtuollis Portal, which also handles sign-in and email for the whole suite.

What happens at officer turnover?

Roles move to the new board. The site and its content stay with the club.

Can a campus run many clubs?

Yes. An organization owns many clubs. Org Owners and Admins run every club, and club Admins run only their own.
