How we built live dispatch for Northline Logistics
Challenge
Northline's dispatchers juggled four spreadsheets, a whiteboard, and a group text to route 60 drivers a day. Jobs got double-booked, and nobody could see truck status in real time.
Solution
Virtuollis built a live dispatch board with driver mobile check-ins, automated customer ETAs, and QuickBooks-synced job billing, shipped in working increments every two weeks.
