The content and conduct standards that all users must follow when using Virtuollis products and services.
This Acceptable Use Policy (“AUP”) sets out the content and conduct standards that apply to all users of Virtuollisproducts, platforms, and services (collectively, the “Services”). This AUP is incorporated by reference into our Terms of Service. Violation of this AUP may result in suspension or termination of your account.
1. Overview
Virtuollis provides its Services to support legitimate business, operational, and professional use cases. We expect all users to act responsibly and lawfully. This policy describes what is and is not permitted on our platform.
2. Prohibited Activities
You may not use the Services to:
2.1 Illegal Activity
- Engage in, facilitate, or promote any activity that violates applicable local, national, or international law or regulation.
- Engage in or facilitate money laundering, fraud, identity theft, or other financial crimes.
- Export, re-export, or transfer software, data, or technology in violation of applicable export control laws.
2.2 Harmful Content
- Transmit, store, or distribute content that is defamatory, obscene, pornographic, hateful, discriminatory, or threatening.
- Distribute malware, viruses, ransomware, spyware, or any other harmful or disruptive code.
- Engage in or promote harassment, bullying, stalking, or abuse of any individual or group.
- Post content depicting or facilitating violence, illegal weapons, or exploitation of minors.
2.3 Intellectual Property Violations
- Infringe the copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, or other intellectual property rights of any party.
- Upload, share, or distribute content you do not have the right to use or distribute.
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any aspect of the Services.
2.4 System Integrity
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any Virtuollis system, network, or user account.
- Probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of any system without prior written authorization.
- Conduct or facilitate Denial of Service (DoS) or Distributed Denial of Service (DDoS) attacks against any system, including Virtuollis infrastructure.
- Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Services or the data of other users.
- Use bots, scrapers, crawlers, or automated tools to access the Services without prior written consent, except as permitted by our published APIs.
2.5 Spam & Unsolicited Communications
- Send unsolicited bulk email, messages, or notifications (“spam”).
- Use the Services to harvest email addresses or other contact information from users without consent.
- Forge headers or otherwise manipulate identifiers to disguise the origin of any content transmitted through the Services.
2.6 Impersonation & Misrepresentation
- Impersonate any person or entity, or falsely represent your affiliation with a person or entity.
- Misrepresent the source, identity, or nature of any content transmitted through the Services.
- Create a false identity or use another person's account without authorization.
3. Resource Usage
You agree not to consume excessive bandwidth, storage, compute, or other resources in a way that adversely affects other users or the performance of the Services. We reserve the right to throttle, limit, or suspend access if your usage is deemed excessive or disruptive.
4. Reporting Violations
If you believe someone is violating this AUP, please report it immediately to legal@virtuollis.com. We take all reports seriously and will investigate them in accordance with our internal processes.
5. Enforcement
Virtuollis reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to investigate any suspected violation of this AUP and to take any action it deems appropriate, including:
- Issuing a written warning.
- Temporarily or permanently suspending your account.
- Removing or disabling access to any content that violates this AUP.
- Reporting violations to law enforcement authorities.
- Pursuing legal action against the offending party.
Enforcement action will be taken in accordance with our Suspension Policy.
6. Changes to This Policy
We may revise this AUP from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with a revised “Last updated” date. Your continued use of the Services after any change constitutes your acceptance of the revised AUP.
